These instructions remind the jury that expert witnesses are permitted to give opinions as part of their testimony, but the jury is not required to accept those opinions and testimony. Id. Additionally, the jury is to decide how much weight and credibility to give each expert’s testimony. The rule makes reference to Georgia’s statute outlining the proper qualifications that must be met for someone to be considered an expert and testify in such capacity. Id.
